Subject: Executive Fitness Weekly Fit Tip:

Did you know?

I would really like to workout out on my business trips but I don't have enough time.

There's always time to exercise if it is done right.  Keep in mind that while traveling on business or vacation the goal should be to do enough exercise to just maintain your current level of fitness.

It doesn't take much.  If time is your enemy no problem.  Fifteen minutes will do the trick.

Try this on your next trip:

25 jumping jacks
25 sit-ups
25 body squats
25 push ups
25 lundges

You should be able to do three to four rotations of this in no more than 15 minutes.

Give it a try, you'll love it.

Have a Healthy Day,
