A. Yes, just
follow these simple rules and you will have no
problem.
1. Try to avoid cream
sauces. Marinara or wine sauces are
best.
2. Avoid buttering
your bread.
3. If you are going
to eat bread with your meal, avoid eating
rice, pasta and potatoes also.
4. When ordering a
salad, always have the dressing on the side.
Dip you fork in the dressing and then go for the salad.
5. Use the
substitution principle. If you know you are going to
have a few drinks or you want desert, avoid starches like
rice, pasta, bread and potatoes with your meal.
6. Always drink at
least 16 ounces of ice water with your meal.
These are just a few simple rules
that will help you to eat healthy but still allow you to enjoy a meal at your
favorite restaurant.
