Experiencing and energy  crisis?  The solution could be as simple as revamping your nutrition and supplement program. 
 
1.  Try cutting out refined carbohydrates.  This will help eliminate the erratic blood sugar levels that contribute to lethargy.
 
2.  Increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet.  These contain the nutrients needed to help repair damaged cells.
 
3.  Increase your protein intake.  At least 12 oz. of lean protein should be consumed on a daily basis.  Fish and fowl are best.
 
4.  Take a multi-vitamin supplement daily to insure that you are getting enough of the essential nutrients you need.
 
By consuming a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and high in fiber you will ensure that your body is getting enough of the nutrients it needs.
