Ten Ways to Live to Be 100
 
1.  Exercise regularly.
2.  Eat frugally; eat smaller meals more often.
3.  Emphasize high-fiber foods such as fresh fruits &    
      vegetables.
4.  Drink plenty of water.
5.  Reduce fat intake.
6.  Get plenty of sleep (7-8 hours is good, too much can be 
      bad).
7.  Do not smoke or use other tobacco products.
8.  Reduce alcohol intake.
9.  Reduce intake of refined sugar.
