Executive Fitness has the answer. Here are three
quick and easy recipes to get you
started.
1. Protein Smoothie - Add 1 cup water, or juice, 1 cup
frozen strawberries, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1-2 scoops of a
sugar-free protein powder. This yields about 350-500 calories and only
about 6 grams of fat.
2. Turkey wrap - 3-6 oz. sliced turkey, spicy mustard,
sliced tomatoes, onions and spinach. Wrap in a whole wheat tortilla.
This yields about 300 calories and only about 3 grams of fat.
3. Bagel pizza - One bagel sliced, add your favorite
tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese. Heat in
microwave. This yields about 300 calories and only about 10 grams of
fat.
All of these recipes should take no more than 5 minutes to make
and they are all healthy. Oh, and they taste good too.
