Subject: Executive Fitness Weekly Fit Tip: Put fitness back into your daily routine.

Did you know?

I've been on a hiatus from my workout routine and can't seem to fit it back into my schedule.  What should I do?

When trying to fit fitness back into your daily routine be S.M.A.R.T.

S = Specific - Train specifically for the goals you have set.  If you want to lose weight don't be on a power lifting
                          routine.
M = Measurable - Right down what you are doing to track your progress.

A = Attainable - Set goals that are achievable.  You can't change your genetics.  Don't try to look like
someone who has a different body type than you do.

R = Realistic - Set goals that are within reason.  Don't expect to lose 25 lbs. overnight.

T = Timely - Set up a time line in which you want to achieve your goals; daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly.

Have a Healthy Day,
