Intro
to Fitness:
Based on one session per week at $80.00 = $480.00 down and
two payments of $240.00.
Body
Basics: Based on two sessions per week at $70.00 per session
= $840.00 down and two payments of $420.00.
Peak Performance: Based on three sessions per week
at $60.00 per session = $1080.00 down and two payments of
$540.00.
Elite Fitness: Based on four sessions per week at $55.00
per session = $1320.00 down and two payments of $660.00.
The Executive: Based on five sessions per week at $50.00
per session = $1500.00 down and two payments of $750.00.
Package Conditions:
Three-month
minimum commitment.
Payment plan: Fifty percent (50%) down and two payments
for the remaining balance. The two payments will be due on
the third and sixth week from the first day of training.
Training
hold available for vacations, illness, or other mutually agreed
upon events.
Trainee has three (3) months to complete the number
of proposed training sessions.
Appointment times may be re-scheduled but are subject
to availability.
Hours available: Training sessions are by appointment
only.
Cancellation policy:
Twelve (12) hours advance notice is required for the cancellation
of scheduled appointments. If notice of cancellation is not
received twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled appointment,
a session debit will be incurred.
