Because you are always with your private trainer, there is never a “crowd” watching. One-On-One Private Session
Executive Fitness is a state-of-the-art facility fully equipped with cutting-edge fitness equipment, Pilates reformers and a spacious yoga studio. Each one-on-one appointment with your trainer is custom designed to help you meet your personal fitness goals.
Personal Training
Our personal trainers accommodate people of all fitness levels. Strength training, cardiovascular training and core strength are each incorporated and tailored to suit your fitness goals.
Yoga
Unite mind and body. Precise poses and movements balance the body and challenge muscles to reach new levels of flexibility. Your private trainer will guide your positions and modify them to fit your needs.
Pilates
This form of exercise focuses on lengthening and toning muscles through a series of resistance exercises. Core strength is a vital component in Pilates training. Your private trainer will lead your exercises and fine-tune your movements to accommodate your fitness level.

Our small group fitness classes are perfect to keep you motivated while helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. A reservation is recommended to reserve your space; otherwise all classes are open on a first-come, first-served basis. Class schedules are available.
