| Sport / Rehabilitation / PNF | ||||
| A pre or post-event technique, this massage prepares athletes for competition in combination with sport-specific stretching. | ||||
| Trigger Point / Accupressure / Shiatsu | ||||
| Traditional Eastern pressure-point massage. This technique focuses on the 'release spot' for a tight group of muscles, thus relaxing tension of fatigued, cramped or sore muscles. | ||||
