There are several different massage approaches and each one focuses on individual needs.
The integration of the following modalities are the basis of my services.
Types of Massage:
Swedish
A classic European massage technique. The most well known and widely practiced of all the massages.

As defined by the American Massage Therapy Association:

"Massage therapy is a profession in which the practitioner applies manual techniques and may apply adjunctive therapies with the intention of positively affecting the health and well-being of the client.

Deep Tissue
Deep pressure applied to specific trigger points of the body to relieve stress and tension. Neuromuscular Rehabilitation & Myofascia release.
Sport / Rehabilitation / PNF
A pre or post-event technique, this massage prepares athletes for competition in combination with sport-specific stretching.
Trigger Point / Accupressure / Shiatsu
Traditional Eastern pressure-point massage. This technique focuses on the 'release spot' for a tight group of muscles, thus relaxing tension of fatigued, cramped or sore muscles.
La Stone
The use of hot smooth basalt stones and cold smooth marble stones placed strategically along the spine and chakra areas of the body.
