This policy explains how Executive Fitness — a private performance studio in Naples, Long Beach, California — handles the information you share through this website.

This site is currently a single page announcing our upcoming relaunch. The only information it collects is what you enter into the email signup form. A fuller policy covering our training services will replace this one when the complete site launches.

What we collect.

Your email address — only if you choose to submit it through the signup form.
A record of your consent — when you submit the form we also record your IP address, the exact consent wording shown to you at the time, and the date and time of submission. We keep this as proof that you asked to hear from us, which California and federal email rules require us to be able to demonstrate.

That's all. This page sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track your browsing across other websites.

How we use it.

To email you when the new site launches.
To send occasional updates from the studio, if you stay subscribed.
To keep a record that you consented to receive email from us.

What we don't do.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we never have. We don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We do use a third-party customer-relationship and email platform to store contacts and send messages on our behalf. It may only use your information to provide that service to us.

Unsubscribing.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@executivefitness.com and we'll remove you. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

Your rights in California.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we delete it, and to opt out of its sale (we don't sell it). We won't treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email info@executivefitness.com.

How long we keep it.

We keep your email address and consent record for as long as you're subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward to show that we honored your unsubscribe request. Ask us to delete it and we will.
