If you have been to our gym, you know Kyle is big on mobility. Dr. Kelly Starrett has pioneered the movement on foam rolling, mobility work, and holding YOU accountable for doing it on your own time. A little bit of self maintenance goes along way. He has a lot of free videos, and a complete library if you want to pay for a membership, with new content being added all the time. Most of the videos are geared to crossfitters but there is something for everyone on here.
