It's Okay To Be In Flux

The Holidays are no longer approaching, they are here. Learning to navigate the holidays can be difficult especially if you have an active social life.
Your training will evolve because your life evolves.
Your training will always be in flux, some months you will have more time and will be able to work really hard on your body. There will be other times where you need to back off and focus on work or family. Knowing what type of physical activity you can fit in during different times in your life is crucial. You don’t get fat and out of shape from one bad meal, or missing one workout. It happens over time…
Realistically, how much time are you willing to allocate to your physical well being? If you can’t make it to the gym, can you do mobilizations before and after work?
Do you reaaaalllyyyy not have 10-15 minutes a day to get a sweat in? If you are pressed for time in the holidays make it count when you can. It’s better to try a little throughout the next month then not try at all.
