What happens at the free intro?

Thirty minutes at the studio with one of our coaches — and the intro is free for the whole group. You get an honest read on whether this is the right fit. No obligation.

How many people are in a group?

Two to four clients with shared goals, coached together in a 50-minute session, 2–3 times a week.

How much does small group training cost?

Each person pays a per-person rate below one-on-one training. We share current pricing at your free intro.

Am I too old or out of shape to start?
